Southern Food Corporation welcomes Vice President Do Huu Huy to visit and work

On August 9 and 10, 2022, Southern Food Corporation welcomed the delegation of Vice Chairman of the Committee for State Capital Management at Enterprises – Do Huu Huy to visit and work.

Welcoming and working with the delegation were representatives of the leadership of Southern Food Corporation – Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Huy Hung, Deputy General Directors of the Corporation, representatives of leaders of Song Hau Food Company, Long An Food Company, Tien Giang Food Company, Dong Thap Food Company, Thot Not Branch, Safoco Foodstuff Joint Stock Company. 

Reporting to Vice President Do Huu Huy on business results in the first half of 2022, Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung said that out of 14 businesses under Vinafood II, 12 are maintaining good business operations and profit each period, the remaining two businesses will achieve their revenue targets in the third quarter of 2022.

Talking to Vice President Do Huu Huy during his working process, Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung said that Southern Food Corporation will continue to support businesses and branches to promote operations and restructure main industries, invest in projects to process rice products and research and develop logistics to increase connectivity with the southwestern provinces.

After receiving information from the report and conducting the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises Do Huu Huy recognized and highly appreciated the efforts, determination and achievements of the Company. During this working trip with Southern Food Corporation, besides exchanging and encouraging morale, Vice Chairman Do Huu Huy also wanted to visit the actual business model at the company to be able to grasp clearly the operation situation of Vinafood II.
