Annually, Vinafood II sells an average total output of 2.8 to 3.0 million tons of rice, achieving export turnover of over USD 1 billion per year and trading revenue of over VND 30,000 billion. This plays an important role in promoting the consumption of food products, creating sustainable livelihoods for farmers, ensuring national food security, and providing high-quality products to the world.

With a widespread customer base and distribution network both domestically and internationally, Vinafood II’s products are available nationwide through more than 400 distribution agents and in major markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, Eastern Europe, and several countries in the European Union (EU), notably including the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh…

Besides its main business of rice trading, Vinafood II also develops other services, specifically:

– Expanding business in the production and processing of high-quality agricultural, food, and seafood products, offering a diverse range of products with eye-catching designs and attractive packaging to meet the consumption needs both domestically and internationally.

– Some notable products include: premium wheat flour used as a special ingredient for various cakes, noodles, wontons, etc.; coarse wheat flour mainly used in animal feed; products made from anchovies (dried anchovies, seasoned anchovies, basa fish, fish fillets, etc.); noodles, macaroni, vermicelli, rice paper, etc., under the Safoco brand; and instant noodles, packaged pho, mixed pho, mixed noodles, etc., under the Colusa-Miliket brand.

3. Investment and business services in Port – Logistics:

– Investing in the construction of ports, specializing in the collection, assembly, customs clearance of goods, and stuffing/unstuffing cargo into containers, including sectors such as rice, seafood, livestock feed, etc., from Can Tho City and neighboring provinces such as An Giang, Kien Giang, Dong Thap, is also a strong service provided by Vinafood II.

– The port covers an area of over 12 hectares and includes facilities such as warehouses, yards, internal roads, technical infrastructure, and other auxiliary works with a design capacity of about 2 million tons per year, a length of 240 meters, and a design ship size of 5000 DWT, capable of serving ships with a load capacity of 10,000 tons.

– This is considered one of the important operational fields to support the business and import-export activities of Vinafood II and its partners.

4. Packaging manufacturing business:

Packaging production is an auxiliary business to meet the growing demand as packaging is widely used in the food, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Vinafood II’s factories have a capacity of 70 million bags per year, specializing in the production, printing, and supply of various packaging types such as PP and PE plastic bags. These are made from high-quality raw materials and produced on optimized machinery lines, operated and processed by skilled technicians and workers, delivering products that meet quality, quantity, and committed timelines at the most competitive prices.

5. Hotel and resort business:

Vinafood II currently owns the luxurious Mui Ne Bay Resort in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, offering a modern aesthetic and a view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam. This resort impresses both domestic and international visitors with its modern room facilities, professional and attentive service, and a variety of recreational activities such as spa treatments, karaoke, water sports, local tours, and island exploration tours.
